The Life Enricher are a small Essex based team. Throughout our corporate careers, we continually met people wanting to make life enriching changes that would benefit their day-to-day living, but were prevented by a lack of time, expertise, or belief that they could achieve their aspirations.
This led to the formation of the business. We are a small team, passionate about offering clients our expertise across common life enriching areas, coupled with the right level of support to make changes happen.

The Life Enricher was founded by Rachel Gilbert building a small team of likeminded individuals. We have qualifications and expertise across Food and Nutrition (Diet and Nutritional Advisor, Level 3), all aspects of Home Interiors and Home Management and Wardrobe Services, Inspirational Coaching and Mentoring and all aspects of Working Life whether corporate, start-ups or small business.
